Sending an All User or All Member email
Introduction
The following arrangements were agreed in June 2013 to manage the process of using All Member and All User distribution groups, and was reviewed in March 2023 by the Communications Manager.
Please carefully consider the business need for sending such emails. The use of the All User and All Member distribution groups for any material other than the authorised operational business purposes detailed above must be approved by an appropriate member of Management Team.
You may also wish to refer to Tendring District Council’s (TDC) Communications Strategy, which can be found on the Intranet.
All TDC Users (excludes Members)
Should you have a business need to send an email to all TDC users, please seek
authorisation from your line manager or department head.
Once approval to send is given, forward your email to your departmental contact (see list below) who can send the email on your behalf. If your departmental contact is unavailable, then you may approach someone else from the list.
