Tendring Stars is back to celebrate excellent work by Tendring District Council (TDC) staff.
The council’s staff awards aim to recognise colleagues who have gone above and beyond in their service to the organisation, and local residents and businesses – as well as long-serving members of staff.

Nominations close on Sunday, 29 September, and will then be shortlisted by a judging panel who will pick the winners in all but two categories.
Those shortlisted in the Unsung Hero and Young Achiever categories will then go out to a staff vote to decide the winner, with voting running between 7-27 October.
The Tendring Stars awards ceremony will take place in the Princes Theatre on 16 January 2025.
Ian Davidson, TDC Chief Executive, is encouraging people to think about their colleagues and nominate those who have gone the extra mile in their work.
“I am always impressed by the work all of our staff do day in and day out in service of Tendring residents, and thank you for everything that you do,” Ian said.
“Through the Stars awards we aim to recognise employees who have done that bit extra over the past year, and I cannot wait to see who you put forward and read about people’s achievements.
“So don’t wait – put your nomination in today!”.
Nominations can be made via an online form available here, or on the Stars page on the Intranet (TED).
