Call-in Proforma for members

This form should be completed by Members who wish to call in an executive decision made by the council.

A notice of call-in must be made on the appropriate prescribed form or email (so long as the email addresses the relevant information required).

To take effect valid notices must be submitted to Committee Services within five working days of the date of publication of the decision by either the Chairman of the relevant Overview and Scrutiny Committee or by three non-Cabinet Members of the Council.
